How can we help?

Answers to common questions about The Wrestling Journal on iPhone and iPad. Still stuck? Contact us with the form below and a real person will reply.

I can't sign in

Make sure you use the same email you signed up with, or the same Apple ID if you used Sign in with Apple. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and follow the email we send you.

I didn't get my verification code

After you sign up, we email you a code to confirm your address. Check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address is spelled correctly. Codes expire after a short time; use “Resend code” on the Verify email screen to get a new one.

How do I join my team?

Use your coach's invite, or search for your team in the app and send a request to join. Your coach approves the request. See the Wrestling Journal help guide for step-by-step screenshots.

Can my coach read my journal?

Only if you choose to share it. Coaches can see whether you journaled and your streak; what you wrote stays private unless you turn on journal sharing for that team.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose The Wrestling Journal. Apple handles refunds; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account yourself in the app. If you can't sign in, use the contact form on this page (include the email on your account) and we'll do it for you. A deleted account is disabled right away and kept for 30 days. Changed your mind? Just sign back in, or reset your password, within 30 days to restore it. After that, deletion is complete: no record of your account is kept, and your journal, goals, profile and any comments made by or about you are permanently removed. Deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing, so cancel any subscription in Apple settings too.
